01 / 04 — OVERVIEW
The Hybrid ZE 5/12 connects early formulation screening directly to sample production. Begin at 5 mm when material is limited, then change to the 12 mm barrel when the program needs more torque or enough compound for testing, molding, film, fiber, or customer samples. The optional recirculation channel adds a timed batch workflow alongside continuous extrusion, while the shared controls and mechanical architecture keep operation familiar across both sizes.
