01 / 04 — ABOUT
Precision at the smallest scale.
Xceptional Instruments is an engineering-led equipment and process partner for pharmaceutical, polymer, and specialty-chemical R&D. From our facility in Piscataway, New Jersey, we configure, install, and support the Three-Tec micro-extrusion platform — and we use that platform to run feasibility and development trials.
We work with pharma, material development, and research teams where source components are limited, timelines are tight, and confidentiality is non-negotiable. Every project — from a 1 g feasibility trial to a custom-configured production line — is handled under NDA with direct engineer-to-engineer support.
02 / 04 — PARTNERSHIP
Three-Tec AG, Switzerland.
Three-Tec AG designs and manufactures every component in the micro-extrusion platform — extruders, compounders, feeders, and downstream lines — at their facility in Seon, Switzerland. All equipment is engineered for pharmaceutical, food, polymer, and specialty-chemical applications with full material traceability and regulatory documentation.
Xceptional Instruments provides U.S.-based system configuration, installation, training, service, and application engineering. We maintain a fully equipped test lab so customers can validate their formulations before purchasing equipment.
