Three barrel sizes. One frame. Tool-free in minutes.
The Hybrid Micro Compounder accepts interchangeable 5, 9, and 12 mm twin-screw barrels on a single chassis. Switch between gram-scale screening and pre-production throughput without moving to a different extruder. Optional recirculation channel extends residence time for demanding formulations.

Our Piscataway, NJ facility is equipped with the full Three-Tec platform — gravimetric and volumetric feeding, melt extrusion, wet and melt pelletizing, mixing, and contract small-batch production. Run feasibility studies on your own formulation with onsite or video-call observation.
