Start with one gram. Scale on the same bench.
Choose a 5/9, 5/12, or 9/12 mm Hybrid configuration. Each pairs two twin-screw diameters on a single chassis, giving the lab a deliberate path from limited-material screening to useful sample quantities without purchasing a second instrument. Add the recirculation channel for timed batch mixing, or run the same machine continuously.

Our Piscataway, NJ facility is equipped with the full Three-Tec GmbH platform — gravimetric and volumetric feeding, melt extrusion, wet and melt pelletizing, mixing, and contract small-batch production. Run feasibility studies on your own formulation with onsite or video-call observation.
